Our Story
Founded on the belief that finance is a discipline, not a formality.
The firm began with a simple observation: most businesses receive compliance, and very few receive counsel. Returns are filed, audits are signed, and the questions that actually determine value — how the group is structured, how it is funded, how control passes to the next generation — go unasked.
We built a practice around those questions. Our work spans audit and assurance, taxation and litigation, project and bank finance, and virtual CFO engagements that put senior financial judgment inside growing companies.
Every client is served personally by the founding partner. We deliberately limit the number of engagements we accept so that each one receives the attention it was promised.

Professional Ethics
We practise strictly within the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the ICAI Code of Ethics. Independence is protected, and engagements that would compromise it are declined.
ICAI Standards
Audits follow the Standards on Auditing; financial statements are prepared under applicable accounting standards. Workpapers are documented to withstand review.
Client Confidentiality
Client information is held in strict confidence, exchanged over secure channels, and never disclosed or reused. Confidentiality survives the engagement.

His practice combines technical depth in direct and indirect taxation with hands-on experience in project appraisal, bank finance and corporate structuring. He appears before tax authorities and appellate forums, and leads every client engagement personally.
