Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide through the enquiry form — your name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in and your message. This website does not run advertising or profiling trackers.
How we use it
Information submitted is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the professional services engaged. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality
Client information is held in strict professional confidence in accordance with the ICAI Code of Ethics. Access is limited to the professionals working on your engagement. Confidentiality obligations continue after the engagement ends.
Retention
Records are retained for the period required by the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, income tax and companies legislation, and are then securely destroyed.
